Try a .22 caliber Benjamin or a 5MM Sheridan, they are pump up action rifles but as a kid I had both and they can easily shoot thru an inch of pine board with power to spare, go for the eyes. But may I suggest you look into a crossbow w/razor broad heads or cap and ball, blackpowder weapons-thats assuming they haven`t outlawed them.
