Im the exact same way with amazon prime. Free 2 day shipping for just about anything under the sun, with good prices and amazons reputation to stand behind if something were to not be as expected (it rarely is) all with one-click ordering - whats not to like?
I guess whats not to like is the $79 you pay to join prime - but if you order enough stuff you make that back and more.
Don't forget that Amazon Prime gives you a lot of free movies/TV shows to stream, as well as the ability to "borrow" one book a month, including new/bestsellers. They keep adding to the Prime benefits.
I actually like large book stores like Barnes & Noble, but I'm not surprised they are somewhat in trouble. I didn't miss Blockbuster or Hollywood Video, won't miss
Best Buy which is on its way out, don't miss Circuit City or Compusa, but I will miss large bookstores if B&N gets in serious trouble.
