Seems there is something in the First Amendment to the U.S Constitution that say’s something about “Freedom of Speech”.

Can you cite which of the school's 'legal rights' trump an individual's right of freedom of speech, especially that of political speech?
Sounds more like a lawsuit waiting to happen and his to win and the school's to pay for.
And what a wonderful civics lesson for the students!
May the tree of liberty be watered with the school district's money.
