Forgot this in my previous post. Yes, the US has a much broader definition for both life expectancy and infant mortality. If the US counted people the way other countries did, the US would be number one in both categories by a wide margin.
All of this will fall away when the World War starts. Lets see liberals squeal when the forces of the enemy are at the gates. When America falls they will be the first to go into the camps. Patriotism will then become fashionable. In this war—we may not win.
