I had a similar incident (almost) happen to me. I looked at a black kid with a bizarre hair doo in the car next to me at a traffic light. The kid made threatening gestures at me and when the light changed he stayed right beside me and harassed me for a mile or so, crowding my car and acting like he was going to side swipe me. I am an old woman and posed nor meant any threat to this kid but had I been on the sidewalk he would have come back and done something to me. I have no doubt. Whenever I see someone with tattoos all over their face and a weird hair cut I always think they are doing it for attention..... look at me look at me!
