Like Ann Coulter was saying (when she use to be Conservative) "If pre-marital sex and single motherhood did not exist there would be virtually no crime in the United States." That is SO damn true. These women spew these kids out while the father bolts and as a result with no strong family base these kids run amok and society has to pay for it twice: By being victims of their crimes and paying for their incarceration.
