I have a hard tim believing that. For example:

A GS-5 makes 30K in DC
A GS-7 makes 37K in DC
A GS-9 makes 42K in DC

That is barely national average and those are the majority of the workers and the ones that actually do the work. Now if you want to get rid of the SCS’ now that would be a great start.

What US a GS-5, etc.? How much do they contribute to their pensions and health insurance? How many paid vacation and holidays do they get each year? It would not surprise me if it is TWICE the # of days of the private sector.
