Reporting from Washington The Obama administration will announce Friday a proposed new regulation that would allow certain undocumented immigrants to remain in America while applying for legal status -- a step aimed at keeping families intact and one that may also shore up the president's support with Latino voters. As it stands, people living in the U.S. illegally who leave the country to apply for a green card face years of separation from family members. Depending on how long they've lived in America, once they leave they are barred from returning for up to 10 years.

Doesn’t this mean that deportation of all illegal aliens would be illegal itself, as long as they were able to file an application before the deportation is completed?

Congress needs to get off their butt and stop some of Dictator Obama’s actions. Selective enforcement of the law is no enforcement. Right now we are waiting for our daughter in law to get her interview at a US Embassy to maybe get her visa to join her husband and our son here in USA. It takes months and thousands..they don’t get to come here during the application process. Plus..the spouse has to prove with tax returns they can support them and that they won’t become a drain on the country. Why should people who swim in get better treatment?
They can all stay in the White House with the rest of the refuse currently living there.
At this point, the only way I see to stop him is to remove him from office.
