This guy's argument is based on the theory that the U.S. Constitution is still in force. I don't think it really is. No one, not the courts or congress has done anything to stop our slide into tyranny. A Coup d’état is happening right now in plain sight. I'm just waiting for the Tea Party to burn down the U.S. Capitol building.

That’s right.
People have been warned not to cross the line in opposition. Death threats to them and their families.

“The Reichstag fire”?
We shall see. If it were not for the “non conventional” new, this would be much worse. So far we have been fortunate enough to expose many of their criminal acts. The problem is, they have not been punished for trying them.

This guy's argument is based on the theory that the U.S. Constitution is still in force. But it's a "living" document. The U.S. Constitution is still in force but now it means what Barry wants it to mean. Redefine a few words here and there, ignore context and the U.S. Constitution can be contorted to allow all sorts of things like outlawing lightbulbs, Obamacare, the "Consumer Financial Protection Bureau", even recess appointments because the Senate is not at that very moment in the chamber conducting business. Coup d'état indeed. Death by a thousand cuts.
