According to this delegate tally, Iowa is a three-way tie: 6 delegates each for Santorum, Romney, and Paul, 4 for Newt, and 3 for Perry.

Caucuses have NOTHING to do with selection of delegates to the National Convention... that happens at the state convention. Delegates selected to the national convention are in no way selected, or committed in any way, shape, or form based on the caucus results.
