Numerous sources say that it was his father that was an immigrant and none of them define when they were naturalized.
As I have said, my post was not about getting Santorum, it was about punching South40 in the nose for some of his BAD behavior.

I’ll leave you and South to your own devices .. but BOTH Santorum’s father AND his grandfather were Italian immigrants. He explained that in his speech the other night. And he said the grandfather was naturalized 5 years after he got here.
If that was your intent you failed miserably. All you did was make a fool of yourself. That's not unusual behavior for you -- in fact, it's to be expected.
As I said, if you had any credible information to prove Santorum's father was not a legal citizen you would surely have provided it. But you don't and you didn't. You just revealed that you are willing to attack the only real conservative in the race with nothing in which to base it. You make a great liberal.
