Taking advice from John McCain on how to beat Barack Obama is like taking voice lessons from Roseanne Barr.

Hey, Juan, the GOP settled for you in ‘08. How did that work out, you pompous ass?

Haste makes waste!!!
Now we know what motivates the GOP elites - expediency!!!
Now we know why Newt got in trouble - he wanted to do it RIGHT!!!
Now we know for certainty that it’s ‘ROMNEY’S TURN’.
You will note that McCain did not say ‘The voters’ should settle on Romney - BUT THE GOP!!!!!!

LOL. If we took John’s advice back in 2008, Giuliani would have been the nominee (quite frankly, I would have been happier with Giuliani than McCain back then).

I laughed when I heard him “come out” for Romney. I immediately wondered what Romney and his people were “really” thinking; even though I am sure Romney has great respect for the man; and McCain will be a gift that keeps on giving, thanks to the sneaky media, as well becoming fodder for Late Night Talk show hosts. It becomes all deja vu, but with thoughts of Palin thrown in-many would like to forget how that All turned out.

Yup, the GOP settled on Romney months if not years ago.
To: Maceman
McCain doesn't grasp the meaninglessness of his existence today. It also tells you how freaking stupid Romney is for WANTING his endorsement.

Taking advice from John McCain on how to beat Barack Obama is like taking voice lessons from Roseanne Barr. Yea, he is making the same argument for Romney that he made for himself in 2008. But once into the "main event" in 2008, McCain stayed in his corner and yelled at anyone who tried to take Obama on.

I think they are more sinister than that. Simple opportunists would have ridden the Tea Party, not subverted it.

McCain should retire before he embarasses himself further.
