... Mitt Romney set a new all-time record for the lowest winning share of the vote (for either party) in the Iowa caucuses - 25 percent [24.6%] - one point lower than Bob Dole's 26 percent level of support in 1996. That's well below the 31 percent tally that every previous Republican winner except for Dole had achieved...

Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich both matched or surpassed the 13 percent level of support that John McCain on his way to winning the Republican nomination received in Iowa...

Lastly, Romney failed to equal the 25.2 percent share of the vote that he received in Iowa in 2008, finishing with 24.6 percent support...

RINOS & CINOS can't blame a crowded GOP field for Romney's abyssmal showing. 2008 was crowded, too, and other times have been crowded as well, yet the 31% mark has been reached - except for Bob Dull. And Romney did worse than Dull, too.

Have we learned to quit reading polls yet? I have a feeling the polls are not going to get any better as this primary progresses.

This is a vote.

“lowest winning share of the vote.” Ever. In Iowa.

Romney is an uber flop, uber dud. All Rinos and Cinos need to dump Romney and support either Gingrich, Paul or Santorum.

People just don’t like Romney, and don’t want him.

The establishment Republicans have been conniving for a while now to shove him down our throats, and will probably manage to do that.

What people don’t realize is that the Republican “powers that be”, don’t really have a problem with Democrats - after all they both want the same thing - keep the status quo, and the DC gravy train going. It’s a sweet ride, and separates the political haves from the have nots.

The new American oligarchy - it’s the collusion between crony capitalists, the Republican elite, and the corrupt Dems, sucking the lifeblood out of the masses. Romney’s their man.

It’s the tea party that is their true enemy. The oligarchs would never admit it, but they would far, far rather have Obama rather than a maverick like Paul or Palin. They are all crooks.

They don't have to admit it (verbally). Their observed actions shout their guilt in the matter to the very heavens...
