How do you know what Perry would say?
You have the right to think what Perry would say, but I don't have the right to think what you would say.
I bet we find out shortly what Perry means - I'm sure somebody will ask him about the "quirky" comment and the "real" primaries at one of the upcoming debates, especially since South Carolina is an open primary.

All caucuses I've ever heard of are "quirky"---that's how Obama stole the primary election from Hillary!
That's where the organization came in...not so much at the ballot box.
If you think it's OK for Paul voters and Repubs for a day voting and skewing the votes, I guess you wouldn't think it "quirky."
