I don't believe that anything else will work. Congress is already rated at, what, about 15% approval. Stopping all legislation would backfire horrendously. That's the dilemma.
Most of the GOP would rather demure and live to fight another day, a day which never seems to come.
Many others are clamoring for new blood in Congress, people who are willing to stand up to the Democrats and fight back despite what the MSM says will happen.
I'm in the latter camp -- been there since Day One. I'm tired of Republicans talking themselves out of action every time. I'm tired of McConnell and Boehner conspiring with Democrats to not just avoid conflict, but to do so in the way most beneficial to Democrats.

There are many of us who have been on the "new blood" bandwagon. The question is, are there enough of us? Where is the Tea party activity which was so evident 2 years ago.
I figured that was one movement that would only get stronger and stronger, yet now one rarely hears about them. I have seen no further gatherings of any size. It's as though they fired their guns in the 2010 elections and then went home again expecting everything to be solved.
2 years ago, you couldn't read FR without seeing some mention of some assembly, town hall or activity. It seems to be dead quiet these days. It's as though the passing of Obamacare took the wind out of our sails.
