Laurie Robinson, Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) under Attorney General Eric Holder, is leaving the Department of Justice (DOJ), according to an announcement released just before the start of the Iowa caucuses.
"Laurie Robinson has helped transform OJPs role in the criminal and juvenile justice field, bringing scientific rigor, a true sense of partnership, transparency, and accountability to the agency," Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement on her departure at the end of February. "I am proud of her service to OJPs constituents, the Department of Justice and the Obama Administration and personally grateful for her friendship and her many contributions to ensuring true justice for all Americans. The United States is a safer and fairer nation due to her efforts."

Hard to say here. She is a very bright woman and had to be persuaded to take the job according to one piece I just read.
Her husband is a long time Washington attorney with deep Democrat connections that go back to the Clinton administration. Could be she was just tired of the grind. Could be she wanted her old life back. It also could be that she sees what is coming down and was told by her husband to get the hell out.
I doubt we’ll ever know.
I've heard of federal employee bodies being found in office restrooms only because they'd begun putrifying.
Just like anywhere else.
This stuff with janet Reno is strange though.
Maybe she is going out to find Carl Cooper's pistols.
That is an interesting thought.
So far it is a given that no self-respecting donk would even have the stray thought of challenging The One, little bammy Hussein Shabazz WTF The Magnificent to be the 2012 CommieNomie.
She is a Clintonista alumni and hubby seems to have roots with President Cigar. Probably has some real slime data on WTF The Magnificent.
.
She apparently did not meet Holder’s racial purity qualifications.
Sometimes it is good to take a new position.
Overseas.
Away from extradition.
Until you are sure your party will retain power.
re “Sometimes it is good to take a new position.”
Since who worked for Clinton/Reno, and now Holder, what is left after “Bend over and smile”?
she’s got the angry donk look
Laurie Robinson is connected to George Soros and his Open Society organization. She served on the board of an entity named the Gideon Project in 2002 whose goal is described as follows:
The Gideon Project funded initiatives to protect the rights of individuals at all levels of the criminal justice systems. The project had three funding priorities: achieving death penalty reform or abolition, improving public defense services, and combating racial profiling.
Did Robinsons work with the Gideon Project indicate willingness to assist in implementing a gun control program named Fast and Furious?

Soros? I don’t think she is necessarily a Soros toady. Could be, but this is good info. Thanks.
