I believe they are attempting to set the stage in vain for some type of martial law action (wouldn’t be possible for the entire U.S.A. unless foreign troops brought in), in the face of economic/social collapse and citizens rage when welfare, etc ceases.
Or use police state tactics against anyone or group (pro-Constitution) who threatens the ruling class status-quo and power control structure and will use military detainment snatches with black bags over dissident heads.
