Amazing, even if it’s not a court-court, it’s the first time I’ve seen any authority whatsoever issue a ruling vs. Barry on his eligibility for the Office of POTUS.
My question(s) would be, a) can this GA agency require more than a birth certificate, and b) can it undertake the issue of interpreting ‘natural born Citizen?’
It’d be ironic, if he were kept off the GA ballot, to see Team Obama running to SCOTUS to determine his eligibility.

This is great news considering Obama and his team of attorneys had been actively trying to have this case DENIED!! If the whole thing was so utterly ridiculous, as 0bama says, why would they bother contesting this? Wouldn't they rather see it fall on its face without their opposition?

The Judge ruled that the people of Georgia have standing...IIRC this is very significant. Other cases have been dismissed because of the standing issue.
