Well, according to all of the Constitutional “experts” here, if Vladimer Putin was born in Florida, he could run for POTUS. He could indeed, provided he'd been living here for the previous 14 years. You can't think of everything when you write a constitution. Sometimes you just have to depend on the voters' intelligence.
