"as the mom of two previous “baked potatoes” who survived..I don’t find it strange at all. ALL life is sacred and a gift from God."

You completely miss the point.

The baby was dead.

Just a big issue over a little tissue?

Compassion, man. Get some.

Have you ever lost a child at birth? I have...sorry, but I wasn’t ready to just trash it after loving it for 6 months..if that makes me wierd..so be it.

You miss the point. The infant was first alive and then died. This means the newborn was a living soul, deserving of dignity, loved and recieved into the family for what he was, a baby brother to the children. The funeral was in the home, on the same day that he was brought to the home, after his death at birth, and after the other children and family were able to view the little body.

Go away.
