“Grief causes people to do things that seem strange to others not experiencing it.”

Prior to my daughter being removed from life support, we brought our other children to her bedside and spent many hours holding her. Her sister painted her nails.
A story was read to her - we all talked to her and said goodbye.

I will never be able to understand the hatred from the left.

If our daughter had been a newborn, and we had been closer to home - I can certainly understand what the Santorum family did.

Liberals hate babies - especially newborns.
They hate large families.
What could possibly incense them more than a large catholic family grieving over a “clump of cells”?

Let them keep it up and reveal who they truly are.
This is why they have to lie to America every four years. Most decent people have no idea how hateful they are.

God Bless the Santorums.

Unfortunately I understand it perfectly. Liberals, an supposed ‘conservatives’ alike simply cannot allow compassion, love or the like to corrupt their agenda. They mock it, rail against it, brand it a weakness in any who display it, but do everything they can to use it for political advantage when it can be sued for that purpose.

An issue like the current one has a very real possibility of backfiring hard on the left. So fellow travelers go into CYA mode as we see on this very thread and try to make people like us seem the crazy ones.

Bottom line, it interferes with furthering the culture of death.
