I have no problem with Michele running. She is an American citizen after all. She is qualified by the constitution. Why should she drop out. We have not had one single caucus or primary yet. Tomorrow could surprise us all and have Santorum win the thing and Michele come in second place. Nobody would have guessed that Huckster would have won Iowa in 2008 and that helped him go for quite a while. I am not sure why he eventually dropped out but he probably could have gone all the way to the convention with all the delegates he picked up. He came in second place.

What I like about Bachmann is that she knows intimately the threats to America, as she’s on the House Intelligence Committee. She’d be more up to speed than any of the other candidates, and could hit the ground running. That, added to the fact that she’s committed to our security, would be good.

What gives me a “hinky” feeling is her statements that she’s in subjection to her husband. (I don’t need a sermon on “subjection” in marriage; as a Baptist P.K., I’ve heard/seen it all and I get it.) If she had two options on a decision and is leaning the correct way, but hubby advises the other, what would she do?
