Trillion Dollar Civil Lawsuit Filed in Federal Court against United Nations and other defendants

Paragraph 1 of the Complaint:

"This is a civil claim arising out of the concerted, knowing, malicious scheme and international conspiracy engaged in by the Defendants for the designed purpose of defrauding plaintiff KEENAN, the designated Agent of his Principal, the 'Dragon Family,' for the express purpose of expropriating, stealing and converting certain negotiable financial instruments lawfully owned by the Dragon Family and entrusted to KEENAN in early 2009.

These assets (hereinafer referred to as the 'Dragon Family Financial Instruments' or the 'DFFI') had been intended for participation in select, registered Private Placement Investment Programs (or 'PPPs') for the benefit of a wide range of global humanitarian purposes. At the time of the criminal and deceitful acts of the Defendants, the approximate face value of the stolen DFFI was One Hundred Forty-Five and One Half Billion ($145,500,000,000.00) United States Dollars with an approximate accrued interest value of One Trillion ($1,000,000,000,000.00) United States Dollars."

Interesting allegations include Paragraph 14 that the Dragon Family (an alleged organization of old families within China and Tiawan), in exchange for providing the Federal Reserve Bank with gold and silver, holds Bonds from the Federal Reserve with a total value "ranging in the Thousands of Trillions of United States Dollars," (emphasis added),

And Paragraph 123 that Defendant Daniele Dal Bosco, alleged in Paragaph 73 to be financal advisor to the Vatican as well as the Treasurer of the P2 Masonic P2 Lodge in Rome, went "into the Swiss mountains in the vicinity of Stein, Switzerland, with 'some key members of the Swiss Illuminati' [in 2009] to discuss, among other things, the destruction of the Papacy."

Finally, the alleged Chinese response to Italy's attempt to extract a 40% "penalty" from China over the Chiasso incident in 2009, set out in Paragraphs 63-69, is interesting.

Bizarre, as far as one can tell from the information provided. But what’s the UN angle?

Commend the entire Complaint to your reading, but responding with some examples in answer to your question:

Defendants allegedly tried to bribe the plaintiff Keenan into giving them the 249 Federal Reserve Notes each with a face value of $500 million, 2 Japanese Bonds each having face value of 500 billion Japanense Yen, and a Kennedy Bond having a face value of $1 billion in exchange for $100 million. Keenan refused. To allay any fears of reprecussions, defendant Laura Mirachian, permanent representative of the Italian Mission to the UN in Geneva, for example, reportedly stated that:

(i) "from the very top we were protected";

(ii) "there was no reason for anyone, including KEENAN, to worry about any sort of reprecussions";

(iii) "the Italian cohorts in New York had even approved the matter with Sectretary General BAN KI-moon [also a defendant in the lawsuit] 'but of course he will deny any such matter if questioned!'"

Similarly, defendant Giancarlo Bruno, head of the banking industry of The World Economic Forum, also a defendant in the lawsuit, in explaining the plan for taking and using the Bonds and Notes KEENAN was holding for the Dragon Family, allegedly stated, "...there is no possible way we can have a problem. We can cloak ourselves with the immunity shield and everyone will go away. Just another day at the UN!"
