For one thing, Obama knows that debating is Newt's strength so he will only agree to do one debate if any at all. Newt will not be able to dictate the debates. He said that he is going to follow Obama around every where he goes, but does he have the energy to do this? I think is is terribly out of shape. He is not as fat as Christie in NJ, but he is rabidly Obese. I can't remember the last time we had such a huge fat President. I don't know in the day of American Idol that Newt would win the Presidency.

This has probably been the most divisive Republican primary contest ever, which only helps Obama. I don't think saying things like this enhances Newt's chances of winning the nomination--it just reinforces his old image as someone who spouts off in an undisciplined way. Whatever happened to Ronald Reagan's 11th commandment?
