I know what you are saying, but crude oil is a fungible commodity...the price won't change whether we export or not. We are exporting gasoline not crude oil.

I wasn't saying anything, I was asking:

"What needs to happen to make refined petroleum products dirt cheap for US Citizens, and outrageously expensive for the foreign markets?"

Gasoline is a "refined petroleum product".
