I believe so.

His family said he loved to hike, and died doing what he loved. As I recall, he wasn’t from the Pacific Northwest but from somewhere back east.

His body was discovered prone, lying on the ground. The people who found him as first thought he was sleeping. The problem with “just sat there and died of hypothermia” is it doesn’t result in a body covered with bruises.

a few years ago two women were killed while walking a trail, not Ranier but somewhere in the Washington Cascades...I'm sure these cases are not related except to say that there are nuts everywhere, so everyone has to be careful....

what a horrible thing to happen during the Christmas season...two young dtrs...shameful that we can't rid society of these creeps....
