Yet will PILE ON any other opponent in a second.

The reverse of that is true, the opposition to Willard has made him flat line, if there was not opposition he would have risen. The anybody but Willard effect. In short the voters want a winner, and they do not believe that is Willard. Rick seems to be the person that will win, however, I still think the Backmann support is understated. In the end, if it it is not rick or Backmann, Willard will win by default.
