Now on to the "Real History of Free Republic". I'd just like to note a small ommission, if I may:

I remember it well, too. And being one of those first "FReepers", I can report that "IdHitit", now known as, "Lazamataz", is leaving out something important.

He neglects to mention that as we were all denouncing Og (Billy Blythe) Rugtuk for having sex with that woman, he (as usual), confessed to us, "I'd hit it, too".

IdHitit changed his FReeper screen name to Lazamataz around AD 2000, but his M O is still the same:
