Probably Occupy Wall St. miscreants who can’t get to the homes of the 1%ers.
Whoever they are, they appear to be well-organized. The fires are set in rapid succession a few minutes apart. Also, police say there is a similar m.o. in all fires, without adding particulars. I assume the fires are all started with some sort of device.....
