As I posted in my deleted post last night (and for some reason left out of the KASA-TV report) per KOAT-TV, Albuquerque: "Federal agents said the man accused of sexually assaulting and killing a 1-month-old baby girl had recently sneaked back into the United States after being deported to Mexico four months before the crime."

It was left out of the KOB story(ies) also. KOB usually isn’t too shy about throwing those tidbits out there.

(BTW, I had already linked that article, went and looked myself. Just try to avoid jumping to that conclusion when it comes to any news out of NM).

I was reading that thread yesterday, and constantly refreshing it to see new comments.

Pretty soon the part you added to the title, saying the perp ws illegal, was removed.

So I was looking for anything in the article that said he was illegal, and there was no mention of it.

I kept refreshing looking for some proof of that statement, and no you did not post any proof on that thread.

I'm pretty sure I saw all the comments, because I was constantly refreshing and think I saw all the comments before it said it was pulled.

I'm glad it is verified that he was illegal, because it shows what happens when our government doesn't secure the border.

It was probably pulled because of the claim that was not substantiated, and also because it is such a sick crime.

It looks like the decided to leave it up this time.

I certainly hope the Obama/Holder/Dem/Liberal/Leftist PC BS doesn't kick in and this guy gets a soft sentence because he is a poor oppressed (illegal criminal invading insurgent alien colonist) "immigrant."
