I think I'm not doing a good job of presenting my feelings. I am working as hard as I possibly can for conservative candidates knowing all the while that it probably won't make a difference. The only money I've spent has been on Santorum and Sarah PAC. ( don't know what good the later will prove to be.

In the end I will support the candidate that emerges and unlike my passive show up and vote effort with McLame, I will probably get busy locally out of ear for more Obama.

You just stated your problem in a nutshell. You believe it “probably” won’t make a difference. In your “imagination” or belief system, it won’t make a difference. You imagine your work is fruitless because you believe what the libs are telling you. They just about have you defeated already and not even one vote has been cast anywhere yet.

You’ve got to get them out of your head. You won’t be effective until you do. If you want to help conservatives win, get rid of your liberal media aided mind set.

You’re right on it being a problem ...but wrong on it being just mine.

I’ve never said it was your problem alone. I am quite aware that others share your misinformed view. But now at least you recognize “your” problem. The real question is, will you do anything to change it or will you just keep complaining about it? Once you get those liars out of your head, you will see clearly when trying to convince other people of the truth. Then you will be effective.

"Once you get those liars out of your head, you will see clearly when trying to convince other people of the truth. Then you will be effective."

In the 2010 election I worked and worked on a family friend and union member who has voted democrat all her life, "Because", she said," my family always did". She didn't have a computer, but she finally read a couple of things I printed out for her about economy and tea party values. When she finally flipped she was like someone with a new love or new diet and was quick to share her excitement with others. By the time the election came she had talked her 23 yr old daughter to switch and her 20 yr old daughter to vote republican her first time out. Now their younger brother is a very solid 19 year old conservative. So, you see while you accuse me of doing nothing but complain you are the one who is misinformed and jumping to conclusions.

I took four potential votes away from Obama and gave four to the candidate we may choose. That's an 8 vote flip. If 20% of the 59 million voters who supported McCain would do the same the liberal progressives would be beaten so bad all the ACORN and dead votes wouldn't help a bit.

So, let me ask you - "What have you done for the conservative cause lately?"

I’ve converted liberal members of my family, friends and church members. But I am a conservative so that is to be expected. So you want a pissing contest? No thanks, being a lady, I’ll have to decline the invitation. But weren’t you the one who wanted to capitulate to the liberals by supporting Mitt Romney, one of the most liberal candidates in the republican party on a forum that is completely opposed to everything Romney does?

In our discussions you recognized what your problem was, which is the same problem you and others share and the question became whether you were willing to do something about it — stop listening to the libs and letting them control your mind.

So what does this last post of yours say? You don’t care that you’re mind controlled? You’re going to continue to be a defeated conservative and keep believing the lies the lib media tells you? You still want to give up your conservative beliefs and go support multiple choice Mitt because the libs tell you he can win?

I won’t tell you how to think. It’s your choice if you want to keep supporting a candidate with a lib ideology because you mistakenly, or rather purposely you have been brainwashed by libs into thinking he is the only one who can win. But I can tell you one thing, as effective as you think you may be now, you would be even more effective if you actually stopped buying what the libs are selling.
