It probably is a disingenuous answer, but there is no point in a Republican nominee bothering to answer that question, when there are bigger problems at hand.

As president, he can have it investigated fully if he wants, but to try and answer it, at this point, is only going to prove to be a distraction as it has a thousand times before.
