Thanks for that info. It will be interesting to see what the court may decide as to what was appropriate and what was not appropriate in the qualifying and signature verification / rejection process. It appears from this Colorado case that at least a few of Virginia’s standards do not fit into an “appropriate” requirement category. Do you think Virginia including Romney volunteers on the qualification committee will come up as well? Should be an interesting case to follow.
