I would LOVE to sign this petition. However, I currently have over 5,000 emails (they keep warning me that I’m over the limit, but they keep letting them through). I have spent many hours just going through deleting them, and “unsubscribing”, but after a few days, they build back up again. Does anyone know how to handle this other than not responding to any websites or signing petitions?
I signed this petition almost 2 weeks ago and haven't got any spams from Sheriff Joe. Make sure you have anti-spam software, as it will block violators based on their server's IP address.

I finally gave up the old add’y entirely. “Unsubscribe” means nothing. They don’t unsubscribe, and just keep on sending, as well they sell/share? your add’y with others, and then more, and more unsolicited junk email hits, and all as legitimate so SPAM filters miss them.
I had to give up that email add’y, but I haven’t made the mistakes with the current one. I don’t subscribe to anything political anymore period. The few things I do subscribe to have a six year track record of not sharing my email add’y.
I find it uneccessary to subscribe to any of those sites I used to as the information is always days later than what I read at Free Republic anyway.
