Ten people have been arrested after 200 young people rampaged through Minnesota's packed Mall of America on the busiest shopping day of the year.
The mob sent frightened shoppers scrambling for safety as 10 fights broke out at the same time, forcing some stores to shut.
Brawls started after rumours swept the mall in Bloomington that rappers Lil Wayne and Drake were visiting.
A group of 50 youngsters were filmed on cell phone cameras throwing dining chairs at each other in the food court.
Video captured police officers walking with their guns drawn, but they later said this was in response to reports of gun shots being fired.

I know - that was weird. “Celebrities might be in the mall, so throw chairs around the food court.”
If I heard Tom Selleck was in the mall, I wouldn’t pick throwing chairs as the first obvious course of action!
in my case....it would be Bono. LOL!
Maybe the chair throwing started when they realized they weren’t actually there?
Could be. I'd just be grateful Tom Selleck didn't see me looking like a slob ;-).
Betty White is in the mall, lets get in our scooters and cruise the mall
Those Amish kids again, huh?
well then - maybe if you got yourself gussied up just to go to the mall to see him, and then found out he wasn’t there?
Well there ya go ;)
Too bad the Calico helical-feed rigs are so bulky.
The same thing happened in Grand Rapids, Michigan in Woodland Mall.
Middle-Aged Housewives Riot!!! Film at 11:00!
My guess was that the two rumored "artists"' fans are simply two groups that don't get along. You know, a tribal thing (cue the Dexter Lake Club / roadhouse scene from Animal House).
"What's your major?"
"What?"
"WHAT'S YOUR MAJOR?"...
hey
~! that was a darn good album
This appears to be a video of the actual “youths” not one of a bunch of cops after it happened.

Lutefisk Riot I’ll wager.
Whenever I argue that the government has no business banning automatic weapons I always hear the arguement that normal people have no need for fully automatic guns.
Any more I just point to Minnesota as my response. Between the racially motivated attacks on whites at the state fair and multiple other incidences of rioting blacks it shows the need for for a person to be able to defend himself against 20+ attackers.
Heh heh....;]
[psssst! Who the hell are “Lil Wayne and Drake”?]
“so what has Ron Paul got to do with my comments?”
