Sorry, Rep. Paul, but I can’t listen to you, no matter how prescient your words are. After all, you’re a nut!

Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Paul is a nut, but this bill that got passed was bi-partisan, and whoever voted for it was nuts too.

I cannot imagine an American, much less a politician voting to arrest other Americans with no trial, no recourse, no lawyer. But they did it. The Nazi a-holes.

Only an idiot would reject the truth because of the messenger. Open your eyes before it’s too late, republicans voted FOR this bill.

Get your head out of the sand. The NDAA is the most serious violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights since the Alien & Sedition acts of the John Adams administration. The NDAA essentially provides for back door “Bills of Attainder” by removing the protection of a jury trial. Bills of Attainder are specifically prohibited by the Constitution for both the federal and state governments. Additionally, the 5th Amendment specifically prohibits a citizen being “deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”.

The NDAA also provides for the back door violations of the 1st Amendment in that it keep citizens from exercising their rights to free speech and to petition government for redress of grievences for fear of being labeled a “terrorist” and becoming a political prisoner.

Again, get you head out of the sand.

While you may not like what Ron Paul has to say when The Wall Street Journal & FORBES MAGAZINE agree with what he says in regard to NDAA 2012 I pay attention. This is not going to end well.

It’s a shame that so many in this world, including here, can’t distinguish between ‘crazy’ and ‘stupid’.

A motorist had a flat tire in front of an insane asylum. He took the wheel off, but when he stood up he tipped over the hubcap containing the bolts, spilling them all down a sewer drain.

A patient, looking through the fence, suggested that the man take one bolt from the remaining three wheels to hold the fourth wheel in place until he could get to a service station.

The motorist thanked him profusely and said, “I don’t know why you are in that place.”

The patient said, “I’m in here for being crazy, not for being stupid.”
