Actually, I was following your logic that who votes on your side determines whether or not you voted right. So because DeMint voted alongside Mark Kirk, then DeMint must be just as bad as Kirk. And since DeMint proved to be a “RINO” by voting with Kirk, then the opposite of his vote on the other legislation must be the “conservative” policy.
When every Republican, except Kirk and Paul, voted for a measure that people here are claiming strip US citizens of their right to trial, something can be extrapolated from it.
On a matter of this importance, I’ll go with the Rubio and DeMint’s judgement. The no votes from Kirk and Paul reinforced that it was opposed by libs and nuts....not conservatives.
