I don't know who he be, but if we wait long enough, there'll be four of 'em comin' 'round the bend: the phony "emancipator" ruler, the more true-to-life war-loving ruler, the world-wide economic/food-shortage ruler, and lastly the Death and Hell ruler.
What we're seeing now is just a "glimpse."
