Ron Paul’s support is growing across the board, not just among Republicans. If he should go third party, he would take voters from both Dim and Repubs, unlike the Tea Party, which would siphon off primarily Republicans.

He would get the Tea Party vote after the GOP establishment is trying to kill off the Tea Party and Palin.

He would not take any Republican votes. No Republican would vote for someone who blames 9/11 on America. Republicans do not think a person who rails against earmarks takes more than any candidate running. Republicans do not want our military destroyed. Republicans do not want open boarders. Most Republicans do not want gays in the military.
I do not see any threat to the Republicans if the surrender monkey runs third party.
