It’s war. . .right. .we get that. . .so how is Newt and Perry simply walking away and saying “ok” fit within your war scenario? If it’s a war. . .they go to plan B, pull out the bayonets and go for a full frontal assault on the corrupt machine. . They fight back and keep fighting until they get their names on the ballot. That’s how you take Porkchop Hill.
Sure, they can do that, but now it’s after the fact. The clock is ticking, and you have a whole process to go thru to get your name on that ballot before they are printed. If there is even a process at all, which is uncertain at this point.
Question is, why expend all that effort and resources after the fact when it would have been easier to get a shenanigans-free level of signatures?
