Well, I’m not a “Sheriff Joe” fan: historically, there have been a lot of ‘tough on crime’ Western sheriffs who turned out to be corrupt to the core and I get the feeling that Sheriff Joe is blowing smoke with the best of ‘em. And I’m certainly not an Obama DOJ fan.
So I have to go with Kissinger: “It’s a shame they can’t both lose.” But maybe, in this case, they both can.

Things have sure stepped up recently from Obama Admin, going after Sheriff Joe
I just hope the Obama Supporters in the GOP, GOP media, and even on some of the conservative sites...do not turn tail on Joe and the Obama Eligibility issue. Those who have been supporting Obama on the issue have probably been the most traitorious to conservatism and the 2012 campaign.
Obama Eligibility should be a top campaign issue...and the GOP is sure to lose not bringing it to the forefront
