Building the case that Bush did it! then finally! the story will get legs in Obama's servile, complaisant undistinguished media (SCUM). I've read on FR that, under Bush, there was a similar program. The difference was that they would install tracking devices in the stocks and the weapons wouldn't cross the border.
Gee...I guess that means all those weapons crossing the border really are Bush's fault! /SARC

the then-head (Melson) of the (BATF&E) blamed agents, field supervisors and even his top command for never advising him that for more than a year, ...It's that "top command" we're most interested in. Who knew about it? Who came up with it? Who approved it?
