You're pretty close to the mark here. The Argentine air force hasn't been upgraded in a long time and from an article I read there is reasonable doubt that less than 50 aircraft are even combat capable. I think their navy is down to five serviceable frigates and they have no chance against one of the RN subs. This is more for public consumption in Argentina than anything else.
