In the first Gulf War, the United States had all the tools available and all the resources necessary to have leveled Baghdad and taken out the garbage (Saddam) 11 years earlier, so don’t hand us that crap about not having a ‘mandate’ to do so, we had superior military firepower and we had ‘Stormin’ Norman’, and that is all the mandate that was necessary. Unfortunately, GHWB (like his son) failed to follow through and COMPLETE the job that he started.

I don't see how GWB failed to complete the mission, most of the code pink types and the ron paul types think he went TOO far.
I also think we learned a lot more about the ability to democratize the muslims, and even President Romney would not fall for that again.
