Now that you mention it; wouldn’t that be a De Facto application of involuntary servitude, which is prohibited by the Constitution?

Apparently that no longer matters to the elected. Socialist, or Rino. But how can you call your self responsible, have a child and then turn it over to the state to do what ever some buffoon from the child welfare, education or "whatever" department decides is going to be the proper course ? I have met more than a few couples who are not signing on to this.
