It’s so sad. I used to have a lot more respect for the military collectively. I still admire individuals within the military but there’s so many folks who join not to serve their country but just to get their food, shelter and clothing taken care of, they’ve lowered the collective respect for everyone in it. Which is, of course, ultimately all part of the communist goal in the long run.

So, if we don’t collectively rise up in the junior leader ranks in order to “send a message” to the military leadership, Congress, and the President, then we’ve dishonored ourselves?
I think you have no f’ing clue what you’re talking about, so let’s break this down.
1) GEN Stan McChrystal, former Commander of ISAF, was told by Soldiers fresh off of patrol—to his face—that his policies were killing Soldiers. He didn’t care, nothing changed.
2) GEN George Casey, former Chief of Staff of the Army, said on “Meet the Press” after the Fort Hood massacre that the Army’s diversity is more important than the lives of its Soldiers.
3) The CinC of the entire military is the President. He is VERY pro-homosexual and is possibly a closet homosexual himself.
4) We are not warrior monks. We have families, we have lives. The military is a job, I hate to be the one to tell you, but it is a job.
When your sixth-line or seventh-line supervisor implements a policy which you are vehemently against, do you stand up and denounce it, publically, to the point where you will lose your job if you don’t shut up? If not, can I call you a coward?
If we stand up en masse and, when we’re all fired and replaced by willing officers, can we all come and live with you?
Get a clue. The military, legislative, and executive leadership DO NOT CARE. We won’t fall on our swords over such BS. Ask anyone else on this board who’s served, b/c you obviously haven’t.
