I gave up on BB about 2 years ago after almost being robbed in the parking lot. The only one in our area is in a heavily Latino/black area of town. I went over to HHGregg and found them much more amenable. However, BB does have a better selection of items.

As far as I know, Best Buy still has that restock charge of something like ten percent if you return anything....so they’re my retailer of last resort.
