Won’t happen. If Europe is failing (and they are) then there will not be enough money to conduct a war. It would simply bankrupt all of us.
We are screwed one way or the other.
Except that Northern Iraq would have been a smurfy staging area for an invasion, had the US kept troops there. That should have been the way they evacuated, via Iran.
