I too am quite ticked about that....apparantly the law doesn’t consider a rock a deadly weapon. Guess they never read the story of David and Goliath.

If it’s you and I, the perp has to be John Dillinger raping your 3 yr old daughter in her bedroom after having killed your wife with a machine gun. Then, MAYBE, deadly force is called for. Maybe.
