3 men sentenced in fatal Phillies ballpark attack

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Three men who fatally attacked a man outside a Philadelphia Phillies game in a brawl police say was sparked by a spilled drink have been sentenced to prison terms.
Francis Kirchner, Charles Bowers and James Groves each pleaded guilty in October to voluntary manslaughter and criminal conspiracy in the July 2009 death of 22-year-old David Sale Jr. outside Citizens Bank Park, where the Phillies were playing the St. Louis Cardinals.
Kirchner, 30, was sentenced Tuesday to consecutive terms totaling nine to 18 years. Bowers, 37, got consecutive terms totaling five to 10 years. Groves, 48, was sentenced to concurrent terms of two to four years.
Sale and some of his friends were at a bar attached to the Phillies stadium when they had an altercation with the defendants, authorities said. Both groups were told to leave the bar, and the confrontation escalated in the parking lot.

Where are the pictures of the “defendants?” Since they are not posted in the articles, one supposes that they were another group of “Holder’s People.”
Ok all you Philly Fans out there, I have a question, Does the New Phillies Ball Park and the New Eagle’s Staduim have a Philly/PA Commonwealth Magistrate stationed in the Staduim/Ball Park? I know that the Old Vet did.
You’d be wrong, not all the crap in Philly is brown.
Nothing beats watching a game on a large screen flat panel television in the comfort of your own home. There are to many crazy people at these events these days.

They’re not Holder’s people, they’re your people.
The poor guy who got killed happened to spill a drink and all hell broke loose.
The three MURDERERS (and that’s what they are), just destroyed him. The fatal wound was a torn neck artery that bled into his spinal column. That was caused by a vicious kick in the head. There were also many other internal injuries and his ear was partially torn off.
These three should have been sentenced to life without parole at the very least, but after a mistrial, they pled to a lesser charge of manslaughter.
